is this a paradigm which just pertains to UK society? or do I need to mention CIA involvement with the opium trade? GB is just as guilty for the destruction opiates cause, but personally, I'd refrain from considering it the "most harmful"....just another sensational report which doesn't figure in the "why is it really so destructive" (because gov't s facilitate its trade) factor.

just look at history, it's so obvious. I hate it when studies like this retreat to the "scientific" method, (to try to convince the dumbed-down public) when it's so obviously politically motivated.
