Just did a little quick research, and it looks like pretty nasty stuff. It is an analog of ketamine that is mostly used as a veterenary anestetic for larger animals. It has a high dependancy rate and people commonly die as a result of over dose toxicity.
Anyone with a little common sense would be wise to steer clear of this stuff.

ok, yeah...that's pretty much what I thought, as unlike ketamine, tiletamine isn't really prescribed to people; and when administered to animals, it's usually given with a benzodiazepine

andrew, tiletamine is a cyclohexamine that is chemically related to ketamine, and therefore, is also a dissociative anaesthetic; i have slight interest in the cyclohexamines regarding their inhibitory action against NMDA and glutamate; i wasn't looking to experiment with tiletamine
