If you can drum + dj + sing + play another other instrument at somewhat an equal interval this would be more interesting, then just drumming near the dj. if drumming is your thing though...start a band and break into the live electronic band thing which seems to be catching on.

DJ AM and Travis Barker do it pretty well. I believe they play their own remixes of songs though. This is more interesting to me then hearing a drummer play the drums on the track.
