I usually get some cool wi-fi around Tito's and Mad Hatters in my neck of the woods, and there is a Southtown wi-fi that comes in handy, buy where's the rest?

Uh...Candlelight has some but it's iffy, especially when there are more than 2 people sharing it. Ruta Maya also springs to mind.

The other night, my lady and I were cruising around King William just to get something from an email. The screen was ostensibly bright, so I switched on Nocturne and BAM! Spy Mode.
