Although at first, Silversun, I had to get used to the lead singers voice before I could appreciate it.

Which album of the kills did you get?
No Wow is really good, but I haven't gotten their newest one {mindnight bloom].

i downloaded, their new single at first and really dug it, so i downloaded no wow, and keep on your mean side.


with silversun, I couldn't figure out if it was a dude or a chick, but then I quit wondering and just really enjoyed it. they're quickly becoming a favorite.

That She & Him cd is actually quite good. I've been listening to Vampire Weekend alot since SXSW.

I was arguing with someone about Vampire Weekend.
But I think that album is overrated.
Not saying it isn't good, because it is.
But there was soooooo much hype over this band, and it didn't match up to my expectations.

I went in with no expectations what so ever and I was pleasantly surprised.

That's probably the way I should've gone.


Oh, I also got Be Your Own Pet's new album, Get Awkward.

I love Jemina.
Lyrically, you can tell these kids are young, but then again, its punk sounding so lyrics aren't the important part. But it's definitely an album I can do some thrashing to.

Just picked up the Darjeeling Limited soundtrack, Why?, Crystal Castles, and She & Him. Love it. New music makes me happy in pants.

Peaches and CSS are tight.
