Great, now I have a feeling that there is going to be a new version of the 360. Hopefully games can now be longer.

well that site sucks and doesn't have a perma link to the article.. the link to the article has now changed. Basically Toshiba is shutting down it's HD-DVD factories and completely pulling the plug on it.

well, at least I only paid $80 for my HD DVD player...now I just gotta be quick to jump on the sales when they close out HD DVD media lol
also if you want your current DVDs to be upscaled to look good you're gonna need a HD DVD player anyways lol.

The 360 players have dropped to 50 bucks. Media has been going for as low as 13 a hd-dvd.
