I figure for as much as I bitch about Austin and its population of shitty drivers -- today was a big surprise. There were two accidents on Parmer and traffic was still flowing. People were actually, zomg wait for it, GETTING THE FUCK OUT OF THE ACCIDENT LANE. Wait wait, AND THEY WERE USING THEIR INDICATORS! *faints*

Not since I lived downtown and enjoyed the northbound traffic on IH35 or since I lived in Houston have I seen such monumental occurences of "good driving"! (Disclaimer: Houston drivers aren't "good", but at least they all drive excessively fast.)
