hot lunch ahahhahahahahahahahah i just bought this book called "4500 words for the body and its functions" its really funny. /off topic

anyway...
the past 3 days have been like that at work. we were super super busy and short staffed. people (nurses,registration & other techs)were just rude. it's irritating. you know what you signed up for when you work in an ER. I'm hardly in a bad mood and when I am, I can still be friendly.

I took a mental health day today.

I've been running nonstop for the last month with work, travel and social activities......This last week everything at work was pushing me close to snapping. Just needed a day to do absolutely nothing.
