Ron Paul will be on the Colbert Report tonight at 10:30 for those interested in hearing his political stance. He is also featured on Alex Jones and Bill Maher interviews via YouTube. It's refreshing to see a presidential candidate that holds a doctorate in medicine from Duke. With all the political issues such as global warming and stem cell research there should most definitely be more candidates who have taken organic chemistry and other difficult science courses. How else are they going to be able to make important decisions on such matters?

It’s disheartening to see plausible censorship of a candidate that speaks for the people, as he shares the view of 70% of Americans: withdrawal form Iraq. Although he is Republican, he is often questioned for running under the wrong party because his ideas differ greatly from his fellow contenders, but Ron Paul holds the classical Republican ideals and argues his party has “lost its way”.

Here is a brief overview of Ron Paul's record:

He has never voted to raise taxes.
He has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership.
He has never voted to raise congressional pay.
He has never taken a government-paid junket.
He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch.

He voted against the Patriot Act.
He voted against regulating the Internet.
He voted against the Iraq war.

He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.
He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.

Congressman Paul introduces numerous pieces of substantive legislation each year, probably more than any single member of Congress.

Ron Paul is a very smart man. I actually watched the episode of Real Time with Bill Maher.

Sweet!

I just got my free Ron Paul bumber sticker in the mail today. All the sender asks is for the recipient to e-mail a picture of where the sticker is placed. The photos will be used to express Ron Paul support on his Myspace page.

The link for a sticker is in prior post.

Ron Paul is the next Bob Dole.

Hilary is going to win and I'm going to cut myself when she does.
