I tried it a few years ago and it blew goats, but I'm thinking about giving it another chance since it's been a few years, they're using linux now instead of NT 4 and maybe they got their shit together.

anyone have experience?

I only know what my friend in Gold Server Tech Support says about it.... that it sucks ass but it's better than a lot of other options. I think he said it was "Too User Friendly"...

Um. Sort've. It's different between Home/Small Office and Small/Medium Business.

Regular support for Home/Small Business goes to India.
+$60 for Gold Support = American operator, fewer step-by-step troubleshooting steps.

When you get Gold Server tech support you get an American operator and faster response times on all aspects of your support.

It's been three years since I've been in sales so I can't give you the verbatim details.
