pharm companies sell shit overseas that would never pass fda regulations here.

definitely not saying the fda is perfect, but we're already knee-deep in questionable chemicals as is.

ok so now that i actually read the article i can see the other side of the coin. it would definitely benefit the people who needed them. i'm not suprised it didn't pass. pharmaceutical companies would never let that happen, way too many ties to the gov't and way too much money in the right people's pockets.

Funny how much the movie "V for Vendetta" makes you think about the pharmaceutical industry.

All you would have to do is have the CDC have over site over the overseas drug trade. If a country was deemed "dangerous," they could simply add them to a list of countries we do not import from. It is stupid to blanket everyone with a safety first policy. Obviously there are countries that are safe to get medication from. I seriously doubt companies are watering down their product when they sell it elsewhere.
