super intense, its non-stop cardio with toning that you use your own body weight.

I was a Gold Gyms member for a long time. After a year of pumping iron and my friendship ending with an old high school buddy who was my work out buddy as well I just stopped going. The only reason for me to go was to gain weight and strenght. The whole year I worked there I only got toned and gained 10 lbs. I was eating plenty of Carbs, protein and I was drinking 3 protein shakes a day. I just lost interest and stopped going. Gold's Gym is Over Priced.

I've had waaaaaaaaaaay more fun going to my Caporiea classes then working out. With Caporiea I came home sore EVERY NIGHT. I loved it. Kinda makes me wish I was still living in Corpus to continue taking the classes cause it was free. I learned how to do a back flip in 3 days and lots of other acrobatic moves. Now I'm looking forward to learning more on Break Dancing.
