yeah its what i usually use.
i got a trojan, kernels32.exe, it wouldnt decect it so i had to find it in the registry and delete it myself.
pretty sure i got all of it.
norton skipped right over it also.
no antivirus is perfect, but housecall is cool.

yeah, i used the trend micro. i did google also but was just seeing if there was anything else. the military uses this plus symantec and mcafee. i have to be on a government puter to download the free corporate versions, but i just wanted other input because my in-laws puter was acting up. i might need to put a new os on it because they have windows me and the system restore folder seems to be the prob. :-?

alot of times people will think they have a virus when really its just a registry problem.
you should check out Ace Utilities.
awesome program.
fixed about 4 problems i was having with my comp and it made the start up amazingly fast again because my dumbass was putting so much shit on the startup~
