Early voting starts OCTOBER 18, 2004!!! Be there or be stuck in line on election day. EARLY VOTING = VOTING ANYWHERE IS OPEN FOR EARLY VOTING. This means you are not confined to your local district for voting. This years ballot is done electronicly. There will be a short video if you feel undercomfortable before voting. See you at the polls.
