I think we need a program that scans the forums, makes a note of every new link that gets posted, cross-references them with every other link that has ever been posted, and in cases of a repeat post, mailbombs the most recent poster with a number of emails, PMs, and IM messages that increases at a rate that is inversely proportionate to how recently the original link was posted. It should also make a post in the new thread referencing the fact that the guilty poster sucks at the internet, including randomly-generated pictures of them in compromising positions with their grandmothers and Walter Kronkite, who should be on fire.
