wave a pistol...I'm sure they'll acknowledge your presence after that.

I'm considering doing that; tired of all the idiotic/oblivious drivers.

That the most moronic thing I have ever heard.

See in Baghdad and most cities we travel through we leave a space in between the HMMWVs in our convoys, and when people try and scoot in. We wave a .50 cal or MK19 or SAW in their direction to let them know thats not a bright idea. They usually get out of our way pretty quickly. Really you should give it a try and see if it works there in Texas :slayer:

Although when driving back home its very unfortunate that I don't have a large weapons turret on my Tundra :(

It's not the SUV's or the trucks. It's the idiots behind the steering wheel that there is a problem with.

my neighbor has some sort of izuzu suv thing and it scares the shit outta me to ride with her. she's all over the place! i don't know if she realizes it and just doesn't care or what, but the other day it took her (and i'm not exxaggerating) almost 10 minutes to parallel park in a space that was plenty big enough. when all was said and done she was still waaaay away from the curb. it was ridiculous. i wanted to jump behind the wheel and do it for her. she got out and was like " whoa.. that was a tight squeeze!"

riiiiiiiiight
if ya can't park it or at least stay in your own lane while travelling you SHOULD NOT be allowed to drive it.

i've almost been hit several times by huge trucks/suvs. i think the rule is: once you get behind the wheel of one of those things, normal traffic laws don't apply.

I flat out tell people when I drive with them.. If I don't like the way you drive or you scare the shit out of me, I will no longer ride with you.. I'd be happy just to drive my happy ass myself. Its not cool to drive like an asshole with a car full of people.. Weaving in and out of traffic and driving like a retard by yourself is one thing.. but with 3 other people in the car? Its one thing to kill yourself, but its another to take the lives of others with you..

According to Freud, every dream is the fulfillment of a wish. However this appears to be overstating the case; nightmares are an obvious counter example. Stephen LaBerg, and Howard Rheingold.

When I drive Gabes humongo truck I am taking my life and those on the street around me in jeopardy. I san't see behind me - I can barley stay in the lanes and don't even get me started on turning right!

It is too big for my body size and I am fully aware of it. People flick me off like I don't know I am a shitty truck driver! :(
