Damn! I just got off the phone with Jay today and have had Ronin scheduled for a couple of days now. It will be amazing to have them both out together on a very special night for WAVE Thursdays at Divan Lounge.

Jay Winborn is a superstar in Dallas. Period. He has rocked Seven since before I started spinning. I remember going to Seven and thinking, "Well damn, this is alot of what Village Station sounds like." Of course, that was before I met Aqualight (Craig) and started working with him. I always knew about Jay and find it special yet ironic that I am having him as a guest on my night of the week. It is special in a way and I think Jay for having me spin twice at Seven with him in the past 6 months. This is a cool way to give back to him and what he has done for me personally, and for the city of Dallas with Seven and its endeavors. I also think Unisca and Fundamental Communications, Chase and Nicole, for having me play at Chris and Kai on Saturday.

RONIN, RONIN, RONIN! What a stud on the decks. She lights it up everytime I hear her play. In fact, what was so cool is that I met her at a Lucky 13 Party that Craig was spinning at. She played right before my boy Sti-Mi hit it, right before Craig played. WHAT A SET SHE PLAYED! Of course, that is back when she used to spin a bit more tribal and harder hitting house. However, she is still bringing the funk and plays a smooth and sexy deeper style now for sure. HOWEVER, she will still be bringing in her Wally Lopez and Dr. Kucho tracks I love so much!
