Gemini PDT 6000
Hey Mr. DJ put a record on--and adjust the tempo without affecting the pitch! That’s right: the Gemini PDT-6000 lets you alter the tempo of the record you’re spinning without affecting its pitch, making for incredible mixes! This deck also incorporates a high-torque direct drive motor and a slider-style pitch control capable of /- 35%, an onboard BPM display, adjustable brake speed, and a Locking Platter Reverse button for serious turntable trickery.
gemini.. yuck. :P
stanton tables already have master tempo... but ive never felt i need the feature...
+/- 35% ?? if you need that much pitch, your doing something very weird. high pitch ranges also make the slider very sensitive... even at +/-8% on a 1200, the slider can be fairly touchy. i guess this is why the deck has two pitch sliders.
could be a cool deck... but ive never really desired any more features than my 1200's have
