apparently it gets you drunk faster and cheaper, has less hangover effects AND you can be piss drunk and pass a breathalizer

He added that people may also be able to inhale alcohol for 20 minutes, get drunk, drive and still be able to pass a police breathalyser test as alcohol levels in the blood remained very low.

ahh, I see.

yet I could also see how it could turn social lushes into serious alcoholics...as an analogy, it's something like introducing a recreational cocaine user (who insufflates), to freebasing.
