1. I come in to find out that a few hours worth of work I did over the weekend was negated because several users decided they wanted something different and didn't FUCKING EMAIL ME LETTING ME KNOW. so I had to scramble to change 75% of the settings back.

2. I really would have been nice if they had bought managed switches for all of our offices instead of the cheap ass 3com unmanaged shit they got...really would save me a lot of time if I could remotely reset, check, etc instead of having to try and talk a dumbass luser thru telling me what lights are flashing


3. you can't uninstall the TCP stack in XP (but I did find out how to reset it thru command line, so technically since I learned something new this last one isn't a flame)
