just wondering what your ideas on contracts and agreements are... dont know if this is really a debate... but just wondering if you expect people to hold their contracts/agreements they sign with you

do I expect someone to keep to a contract with me? yes.

will I kill them if they don't? probably not.

I really dont see how anyone can justify saying no....texas has different laws about this than other states though.....a contract could be written and signed on a napkin between two parties and hold up in court in Texas legally....and there's alot of laws based on simple verbal agreements as being a legal contract-

hell yeah i do.

even verbal contracts.

whats the point of even having a contract if you don't expect the person to keep it.

Yes, but as soon as one party violates the contract or commits an act to make the contract not worth fulfilling, then it's off.
