I cannot begin to tell you
how impressive I found
the recently renovated terminal
in Pennsylvania Station. The restrooms
Are especially accommodating.
The stalls are quite comfortable,
and I found the toilet seat
a convenient arm rest
while I was sitting on the floor,
my back against the wall.
The floor, which I believe is
some sort of smoothed slate,
felt crisp and cool to the touch.
I was glad to make use of it,
Despite the fact that
I was unconscious
for most of the time that I spent there.
Should I have occasion,
I should like to use it again,
but I don’t know where it is,
as I have no memory
of how I got there.
