pardon me for promoting another forum on a forum

but for those of you interested in exploring another forum.. there is an established forum @ http://www.electrogarden.com

so far they have mainly attracted people that are into Synthpop/Industrial, but i have encouraged them to expand their other forums to include these now as well:

progressive
trance
house
electro/breaks
drum n bass/jungle
downtempo/trip hop

i hope that some of you will come contribute to them and talk about the latest tunes... the up-and-comers... etc etc... all Texas local talent is VERY MUCH encouraged to come and introduce themselves.. Electrogarden is worldwide and there are people from all around the world..

Electrogarden has mp3 streaming services w/ artist profiles, dj profiles, news services, they have a Item Shop setup where users can use their "currency" which is gained by being active in the forums and the currency can be used to purchase music in the Item Shop, free online journals for its users (which will satisfy all you freaks who like to talk about personal shit online), and several other services

its quite nice, an all-around site dedicated to Electronic music in all its forms

very open minded and i hope all of you will come check it out

i hate promoting stuff like this... i'd much rather it just be there and let people discover it on their own... but i kinda have to get the word out about it to speed it up.. or so the admins say.. i'm the one who wanted them to add those forums because i already used the site but that part of the forum was DEAD because they had it all under one name and i just thought it was a big turnoff to people

so right now there is very little conversation in that part.. but i've added profiles for some artists in order to educate some of the regulars there since 99% of them dont listen to that kind of music... was kind of hoping others would like the music-format (and less personal chit chat) and come and take part in it with me as well.
