They are both gross. As you spread it on your sandwich you should just as well think of spreading it on the back of your thighs. The glossy gooey texture alone should give you a hint.

It still beats miracle whoops. Anything that is made from partially hydrogenated soy bean or vegetable oil is possibly the most unhealthy thing you can put in your' body. Forget about the thighs. Were talking about heart problems... the #1 cause of death.
