Do You know Phatt J from the 3 kings crew. He plays drums and is pretty good. I think he has a pretty good handeling of Congas and such. He has been playing for about 20 years.

sure....am I experienced at it though?.....not really, but Ive got good rythm and more imprtantly timing but im not experienced at hand drumming, I used to own a bongo thats about it but mainly play the drums full on kit...Ive got a little 7 inch tom, a 9 inch tom an 11 inch tom and a 16 inch floor tom on my kit....so those little toms sound very kinda tribally for lack of a better word, they are very high pitched than your normal drum kit will have so those are fun....its basically a 60's Ludwig Jazz kit.....what are u interested in doing?....just looking for some people to jam?

i am a drummer, though i live near dallas. i have been playing for 16 years or so. i had a full ride through school to play kit for jazzband, i played percussion ensemble in where we worked with any and all latin/cuban/african hand drums, i did symphonic, and played tenors (quints). so basicly, if it's percussion oriented i've probably played it at some time.

i would be willing to make a drive if something were to catch my ear. shoot me a p.m. and fill me in as to what all is going to be down so we can talk a little. look forward to hearing from yah soon!

Nice......I've been looking for a solid bass player to jam with for a long time now to start a live project or record something or just simply play n practice......a bass player was always the missing link.......but honestly I haven't been doing the band thing for over a year now, been DJ'ing and producing electronic mainly, but Im always down and looking for people to play with, especially if u dig electronic music and have a funky style, thats really where my drumming is at pretty much.......funky ass breakbeats, but I love all forms.......I live in Austin, and I remember u saying u might be going to Dallas but even so, hit me up if you like and we can see whats up-
