granny smiths, empires (i think thats what they are called - they are red with a yellowish tinge - very very yummy)

and of course
apple juice
and apple sause (I have cans of this shit in my pantry :D)

my dad had a food dehydrator contraption... we made some baddass beef jerky and fruit but haven't really used it since... he might have sold it. it would rule if i wasn't lazy.
